How quickly do you get set up?

Can PlotCare run alongside our existing systems?
Yes. PlotCare is designed to slot in alongside your existing processes — spreadsheets, email, or other tools. You don't need to replace anything on day one. Teams typically migrate workflows as they become comfortable with the platform.
Does PlotCare support multiple sites from one dashboard?
Yes. PlotCare is built for developers managing multiple active developments. You can switch between sites from a single dashboard, with per-site SLA rules, team access and reporting.
Where is data hosted, and is PlotCare registered with the ICO?
All data is hosted in the UK (London region). PlotCare is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration number ZC204859. We can provide a data-processing agreement on request.
Can you help with security questionnaires and NDAs?
Yes. We can complete reasonable security questionnaires and sign NDAs as part of procurement. Get in touch via the form below and we'll arrange it directly.
What does the demo cover?
